Challenge:

Remodel second floor of the Liberty Medical Facility

Solution:

Converted 11,000 SF of raw shell space into four suites and common areas. Completed interior finish work and installed HVAC, plumbing, electric, fire alarm and fire supression systems.

HuDawn's construction team worked with the tenant to design and build a medical office suite that was both elegant and functional. In addition to administrative space, exam rooms and patient areas, the suite houses a procedure room and full service lab.
