Our construction group continues to build their team and dynamic offering with top talent. Over the last month we have welcomed three new team members that individually bring unique experiences and skill sets, but all share a common desire to build confidence in construction. They are truly motivated to make the processes better and invest more in communication, documentation and the experience to yield a strong end result and long-term relationship.

Chris Ziegelmeyer joined the construction team as a Project Manager. He is using his extensive tenant improvement and finish experience directing interior commercial construction projects for owners including Tuesday Morning, Rose & Remington, St. Elizabeth Physicians, Apex Eye and TriHealth.

Chris is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelors in Construction Management. He has quickly moved his way up in the industry from a Site Coordinator, Project Engineer to now Project Manager. His most recent Project Manager position was at Luxxotica Retail North America. He has deeply rooted construction principles paired with an innovative approach, evidenced by first place achievement at the "Best in Class" ACI's Tech Expo in 2011.

The second recent hire is Dustin Blevins who joins our already very robust Project Superintendent crew. He will take the carefully architected plans from our Project Managers and carry out the on-site supervision and project progress. He came to HuDawn from Pinnacle Construction where he had a similar role for over three years. Some of his certifications include ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification, MRS (Mole Remediation Specialist) certification, and LEED-AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

Kyle Louder, is the newest team member. As the Project Coordinator on Special Projects, he will play a vital role in coordinating logistics, schedules, materials, and the labor force to keep very fast-paced projects progressing and well accounted. His involvement in the Aqua on the Levee project that includes interior and exterior improvements of the luxury apartments, has been seamless. Kyle came to HuDawn with a degree from University of Cincinnati where he was founding father and president of Theta Chi fraternity.

All three of our new additions were hired first and foremost based on their character, high integrity and commitment to putting the customer first. They will greet you with a smile and friendly personality and have an innate desire to make others happy. While the above credentials allow them to do their job more confidently, their interpersonal skills and attitude are what we believe will continue to escalate them to tops in their field.

"I have never been more confident in my team. Their leadership abilities and desire to keep our clients' confident is best in class," says Thomas Malich, Construction Director at HuDawn. He has carefully selected and designed his team to be well-rounded in various types of interior construction so that at any time a client has a project we have a specialist on deck for the project. Thomas stated, "We all learn from each other every day. Doing work with a solid team of people you respect makes our work much easier and certainly fulfilling."
